This Developer is specially designed to blend with both PE Cosmetics’ Liquid Keratin Hybrid – and Cream Hybrid Brow & Lash Shades.
The Oxydant Creme Developer with 4% hydrogen peroxide is specially made to mix with the PE Cosmetics Hybrid Shades. It contains Panthenol and Dimethicone.
Panthenol is known for its moisturising and anti-inflammatory effects. As a result, panthenol improves skin elasticity, reduces redness and sensitivity
Dimethicone moisturises and protects your skin and hair from drying out.

The liquid texture makes it easy to mix the colours and ensures consistent and long-lasting results with intense colour for all eyebrow and lash treatments without damaging the hair structure.
Mix the Hybrid tint and Developer in a 1:1 ratio.
